PAYKAN is a company from Konsac Group specialized in the recruitment of Middle Management profiles, commercial networks creation, support profiles (secretaries, administrative roles) and point of sale professionals for the retail area.

The services we offer are focused in the recruitment and evaluation processes of professionals, working with the traditional channels of recruitment tools (Job Portals and Databases).

Since 1996 we support our clients in this type of processes forming part of Konsac Group and we aim to share with them the quality orientation, service and people.

The company has made in the last 5 years more than 250 recruitment processes for companies and institutions.

Method

  • We recruit candidates through online job portals, universities and business schools, professional associations and social networks, as well as through our data base.
  • We evaluate candidates through three stages:

    • Pre-Recruitment:

      • Telephone Interview
    • Assessment Stage:
      • Curricular Interview
      • Competences Based Interview
    • Validation process:
      • Additional assessment: languages, technical tests, psychometric tests and/or personality questionnaires
